Ingredients

  • Rice flour 100 g
  • Raisins 50 g
  • Water 4 cups
  • Coconut flour 1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Rice malt 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla 1 piece
  • Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice flour in water for a few minutes over low heat, stirring often.
  2. Soak the raisins in warm water.
  3. Remove from heat, add salt, raisins, coconut, almonds, malt and vanilla.
  4. Cook in a double boiler for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Let it cool slightly, add honey, stir and pour into cups.
  6. Garnish with fruit jam and serve chilled.
