Ingredients

  • Dried beans 1 kg
  • Celery 1 stalk
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Fresh tomatoes 50 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Oregano to taste
  • Chili pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

  • Wooden spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans for 8 hours, then rinse and cook them in plenty of water with celery, garlic and salt.
  2. Wash and puree the tomatoes.
  3. In a pan, sauté two cloves of garlic in olive oil, then add the tomatoes, salt and chili pepper.
  4. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Drain the beans and add them to the sauce.
  6. Continue cooking for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  7. Before removing from heat, sprinkle with oregano and serve warm.
