- Dried beans 1 kg
- Celery 1 stalk
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fresh tomatoes 50 g
- Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
- Oregano to taste
- Chili pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Soak the beans for 8 hours, then rinse and cook them in plenty of water with celery, garlic and salt.
- Wash and puree the tomatoes.
- In a pan, sauté two cloves of garlic in olive oil, then add the tomatoes, salt and chili pepper.
- Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Drain the beans and add them to the sauce.
- Continue cooking for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Before removing from heat, sprinkle with oregano and serve warm.
