Ingredients

  • Water 3 cups
  • Apple juice 3 cups
  • Strong barley coffee 1 cup
  • Agar-agar flakes 3 tbsp
  • Almonds and hazelnuts 150 g
  • Raisins 50 g
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the agar-agar in water for a few minutes with the apple juice and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the barley coffee and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool.
  4. Meanwhile, toast the almonds and hazelnuts, chop finely, and mix with the raisins.
  5. When the pudding begins to set, stir in the chopped nuts and raisins.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
