Ingredients

  • Rice flour 100 g
  • Raisins 50 g
  • Water 4 cups
  • Coconut flour 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Rice (or barley) malt 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla 1 piece
  • Salt 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice flour in the water over very low heat, stirring often.
  2. Soak the raisins in warm water.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and add salt, raisins, coconut flour, chopped almonds, malt, and vanilla.
  4. Cook in a bain-marie for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Let it cool slightly, add honey, and mix.
  6. Pour into cups, optionally top with fruit jam, and serve chilled.
