Ingredients

  • Ground pork 300 g
  • Prosciutto 100 g
  • Tomato passata 750 g
  • Canned peas 1
  • Egg 1
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • Flour as needed
  • Parsley chopped as needed
  • Sweet paprika as needed
  • White wine half glass
  • Onion 1
  • Margarine or butter as needed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare a soffritto with chopped onion and margarine in a large pan.
  2. Add sweet paprika and let the onion brown gently.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
  4. Add tomato passata and drained peas, season with salt, and simmer gently.
  5. Meanwhile, finely chop the prosciutto using a food processor.
  6. Add ground pork, then parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs.
