Turkey Loaf with Multigrain Crackers

Ingredients

  • Multigrain crackers 200 g
  • Ground turkey 400 g
  • Cooked ham 100 g
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 160 g
  • Chopped parsley q.s.
  • Chopped rosemary q.s.
  • Salt q.s.
  • Pepper q.s.

Instructions

  1. Finely crumble the crackers and add warm milk.
  2. Mix until soft.
  3. Add turkey, chopped ham, herbs and eggs.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Place the mixture in a loaf pan greased or lined with parchment.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes to brown the top.
  8. Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
