- Sesame oil 4 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Red bell pepper 1
- Green bell pepper 1
- Pineapple slices 4
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 4 tbsp
- Chicken broth 2 cups
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy paste 2 tbsp
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp
- MSG 1 tsp
- Chili oil few drops
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts thinly, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the sesame oil and brown the chicken, then set aside.
- Dice onion, peppers and pineapple and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Mix tomato paste, vinegar, soy sauce, broth, soy paste and chili oil.
- Add cornstarch and combine the mixture with the vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and MSG.
- Return the chicken to the pan and cook briefly before serving.
