Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts 4
  • Sesame oil 4 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Red bell pepper 1
  • Green bell pepper 1
  • Pineapple slices 4
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Chicken broth 2 cups
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soy paste 2 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 2 tbsp
  • MSG 1 tsp
  • Chili oil few drops
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts thinly, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the sesame oil and brown the chicken, then set aside.
  3. Dice onion, peppers and pineapple and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix tomato paste, vinegar, soy sauce, broth, soy paste and chili oil.
  5. Add cornstarch and combine the mixture with the vegetables.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and MSG.
  7. Return the chicken to the pan and cook briefly before serving.
