- 20 zucchini blossoms
- Flour as needed
- Butter 50 g
- Tomato sauce (optional) 200 ml
- Broth (optional) 50 ml
- Minced meat 150 g
- Chopped ham 50 g
- Bread soaked in milk 1 handful
- Egg 1
- Grated Parmesan 1 heaping tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs if needed

Instructions
- Clean the blossoms by removing stems, wash and drain.
- Mix meat, ham, soaked bread, egg, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs if too soft.

- Serve as is, or add tomato sauce diluted with broth and cook 10 more minutes.
