Ingredients

  • Frozen cod fillets 300 g
  • Eggs 2
  • Celery heart 1
  • Ripe tomatoes 2
  • Curly lettuce 1 head
  • Lemon to taste
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Defrost the cod fillets at room temperature and steam them.
  2. Boil the eggs in cold water for 10 minutes after boiling, then cool.
  3. Slice the celery thinly and cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  4. Tear the curly lettuce.
  5. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into wedges and break the cod into pieces, sprinkling with lemon.
  6. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Dress with a vinaigrette made of oil, vinegar and salt.
