Ingredients

  • Strozzapreti pasta 180 g
  • Salted capers 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1/2
  • Small shallot 1
  • Fresh basil 1 bunch
  • Fresh parsley 1 bunch
  • Anchovy fillets in oil 4
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook onion and shallot in 2 tablespoons of oil over low heat, covered.
  2. Finely chop garlic, anchovies, capers, basil and parsley.
  3. Add the mixture to the pan with the onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Cook the pasta in salted water, drain al dente and add it to the sauce.
  5. Toss for one minute and serve hot.
