- Salted capers 1 tbsp
- Onion 1/2
- Small shallot 1
- Fresh basil 1 bunch
- Fresh parsley 1 bunch
- Anchovy fillets in oil 4
- Garlic 1 clove
- Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook onion and shallot in 2 tablespoons of oil over low heat, covered.
- Finely chop garlic, anchovies, capers, basil and parsley.
- Add the mixture to the pan with the onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in salted water, drain al dente and add it to the sauce.
- Toss for one minute and serve hot.
