  • Leftover roast chicken 200 g
  • Dry white wine 100 ml
  • Water 500 ml (or chicken broth)
  • Stock cube 1
  • Chicken drippings q.s.
  • Butter 20 g
  • Salt q.s.
  • Black pepper q.s.

Instructions
