Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Anchovy in oil 1 (or 1/2 if large)
  • Chili pepper to taste
  • Ripe fresh tomato 1
  • Fresh sage a handful
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
