  • Flour 300 g
  • Honey 200 g
  • Butter 50 g
  • Egg yolks 2
  • Cinnamon 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper generous
  • Baking powder 10 g
  • Milk as needed

Instructions

  1. Cream the softened butter with honey until smooth.
  2. Add flour, egg yolks, and milk gradually, mixing until the dough is firm.
  3. Stir in baking powder, cinnamon, and plenty of black pepper.
  4. Shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in a static oven at 170 °C (340 °F) for 15–20 minutes.
