Rose petal jam is a small treasure of old traditions, a perfume turned into a sweet preserve. Its delicate and surprising flavor comes from untreated rose petals hand-mixed with sugar and lemon to release all their fragrance. This jam is unlike any other: elegant, aromatic, almost poetic. Perfect on toast, brioche, shortbread cookies or as a filling for cakes and tarts, it captures the very essence of spring in a jar.
