Ingredients

  • Pearl onions 12
  • Carrots 2
  • Frozen peas 150 g
  • Sweet corn 150 g
  • Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Water 5 dl
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Wooden spoon

  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the peeled pearl onions and sliced carrots.
  2. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the peas and sweet corn and stir gently.
  4. Mix the flour with the water and a pinch of salt, then pour over the vegetables.
  5. Lightly grease a sheet of aluminum foil and place it over the vegetables.
  6. Cover with a lid and cook for about 30 minutes.
  7. At the end of cooking, remove the lid and add a sprinkle of black pepper.
