- Frozen peas 150 g
- Sweet corn 150 g
- Flour 2 tablespoons
- Water 5 dl
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the peeled pearl onions and sliced carrots.
- Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add the peas and sweet corn and stir gently.
- Mix the flour with the water and a pinch of salt, then pour over the vegetables.
- Lightly grease a sheet of aluminum foil and place it over the vegetables.
- Cover with a lid and cook for about 30 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, remove the lid and add a sprinkle of black pepper.
