- Onion 1
- Garlic clove 1
- Zest of 1 lemon (yellow part only)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Meat broth about 700 ml
- Dry white wine 1/2 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese generous amount
- Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Finely chop the onion and lightly crush the garlic clove.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and butter, then add onion and garlic until golden.
- Remove the garlic and toast the rice until translucent.
- Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate completely.
- Gradually add hot broth while stirring.
- After about 12 minutes, add lemon zest and the juice of half a lemon.
- When cooked, stir in a knob of butter, cream, and Parmesan.
- Adjust with pepper and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately while hot.
