- Mortadella 100 g
- Ground meat 200 g
- Eggs 3
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste

- Half onion
- Two garlic cloves
- Olive oil to taste
- A little tomato purée

Instructions
- Boil the green beans and drain them.
- Sauté the ground meat with parsley, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and chili pepper.
- Mix the sautéed meat with minced mortadella, Parmesan and beaten eggs; adjust with salt and nutmeg.
- Butter a baking tin and coat with breadcrumbs. Arrange the green beans and pour the meat mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs, a few spoons of tomato purée and small knobs of butter.
- Bake at 200°C (390°F) until firm and well browned.
