Ingredients

  • Peas 100 g
  • Boiled cod 500 g
  • Cornstarch 25 g
  • Milk 275 ml
  • Fish broth 275 ml
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Boiled potatoes 3-4
  • Grated cheese 75 g
  • Butter to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the peas in salted water for 5 minutes.
  2. Flake the boiled cod and place half of it in a baking dish.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk. Heat the remaining milk with the fish broth.
  4. When boiling, add the cornstarch mixture and stir until creamy.
  5. Layer cod, peas, tomato slices, potatoes and small knobs of butter in the baking dish.
  6. Pour the sauce on top and finish with grated cheese.
  7. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25 minutes until golden.
