- Peas 100 g
- Boiled cod 500 g
- Cornstarch 25 g
- Milk 275 ml
- Fish broth 275 ml
- Tomatoes 3-4
- Boiled potatoes 3-4
- Grated cheese 75 g
- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Cook the peas in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Flake the boiled cod and place half of it in a baking dish.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk. Heat the remaining milk with the fish broth.
- When boiling, add the cornstarch mixture and stir until creamy.
- Layer cod, peas, tomato slices, potatoes and small knobs of butter in the baking dish.
- Pour the sauce on top and finish with grated cheese.
- Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25 minutes until golden.
