Ingredients

  • Ripe blackberries 2 kg
  • Raw sugar 1 kg
  • Vinegar 5 dl
  • Ground cloves 2 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon 2 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Combine blackberries, sugar, vinegar and all spices in a saucepan.
  2. Cook on low heat for about 2 hours, stirring often.
