Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers 200 g
  • Whipping cream 500 ml
  • Powdered sugar 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla powder 1 packet
  • Rum to taste
  • Candied fruit for decoration

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, gently folding them in.
  3. Line a pudding mold with ladyfingers and sprinkle them with rum.
  4. Fill with the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Cover with another layer of ladyfingers moistened with rum.
  6. Freeze for about 2 hours until firm.
  7. Unmold onto a serving plate and decorate with colorful candied fruit before serving.
