Ingredients

  • Eggs 9
  • Butter 150 g
  • Powdered sugar 150 g
  • Ladyfingers as needed
  • Liqueur (Marsala, Rum or other) as needed

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs and use only the hard yolks.
  2. Mix the yolks with powdered sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the softened butter and beat until fluffy.

  5. Pour the cream into the mold and cover with more ladyfingers.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours (overnight preferred).
  7. Unmold and serve well chilled.
