Ingredients

  • Short pasta 300 g
  • Pancetta 150 g
  • Tomatoes 200 g
  • Cooked cannellini beans 250 g
  • Chopped walnuts 150 g
  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown the pancetta until crispy.
