Ingredients

  • Toasted hazelnuts 400 g
  • Sugar 200 g
  • Mixed liqueur cocktail (Stock 84, Strega, mandarin) 1 glass
  • Unsweetened cocoa 75 g
  • Extra sugar for coating

Tools

  • Coffee grinder
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Paper cups

Instructions

  1. Set aside about 30 whole hazelnuts and finely grind the remaining ones with the sugar.
  2. Move the mixture to a bowl and add the liqueur blend and cocoa powder.
  3. Mix until a compact dough forms.
  4. Shape into small balls and roll in sugar.
  5. Place in paper cups and top each sweet with a hazelnut.
