Ingredients

  • Green tomatoes 4
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • Bacon fat 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
