  • Rice flour 85 g
  • Butter 450 g
  • Sugar 115 g

Instructions

  1. Mix the two flours in a large bowl.
  2. Add the softened butter and rub together with your fingers until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  3. Stir in the sugar and transfer to a floured surface.
  4. Knead gently until a smooth, soft dough forms.
  5. Shape into rounds or rectangles about 1 cm thick.
  6. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
