Ingredients

  • Liquid cream 250 ml
  • Sugar 250 g
  • Vanilla a pinch
  • Amaretti cookies 4 (large)
  • Espresso coffee 1 small cup
  • Rum 1 shot

Instructions

  1. Boil the cream with sugar and vanilla.
  2. Let the sweetened cream cool completely.
  3. Prepare the coffee and mix it with the rum.
  4. Soak the amaretti cookies in the coffee-rum mixture.
  5. Place the soaked amaretti in 4 dessert cups.
  6. Pour the cold cream over them.
  7. Chill for a few hours before serving.
