- Gelatin sheets 12 g
- Sugar 150 g (for caramel)
- Water ½ cup (for caramel)

Instructions
- Prepare the caramel by cooking sugar and water over medium heat until golden.
- Pour the caramel into a loaf mold, coating the bottom and sides.
- Soak gelatin sheets in cold water.
- Heat cream, milk and sugar for 15 minutes without boiling.
- Add drained gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the caramel mold.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
- Unmold onto a serving dish and serve with caramel sauce.
