Chocolate truffles are small bites of pure indulgence, rich and velvety, perfect to end a dinner in style or to pair with a special coffee. Their smooth texture comes from the combination of dark chocolate and creamed butter, while a splash of Grand Marnier adds a refined citrus aroma.

They also make a wonderful homemade gift: simple ingredients, easy preparation, and an impressive result. Rolled in unsweetened cocoa powder, they look like elegant dark jewels with a creamy center. Let’s see how to make Chocolate Truffles.
