Ingredients

  • Butter 50 g
  • Fresh sausage 100 g
  • Vialone Nano rice 400 g
  • Hot broth 1 l
  • Dark beer 250 ml
  • Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Grated Parmesan 30 g
  • Chopped parsley 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped onion 1 small

Instructions

  1. Brown the crumbled sausage with onion in half the butter.
