Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries 300 g
- Sugar 80 g
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Water 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems and cut them into pieces.
- Place the strawberries in a saucepan with sugar, lemon juice, and water.

- Once soft, blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.
- For a finer texture, strain the sauce through a sieve.
- Let it cool completely before using or storing in the fridge.
