- Sugar 120 g
- Whole milk 250 ml
- Gelatin sheets 8 g
- Milk chocolate 50 g
- Fresh cream 400 ml

Instructions
- Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale.
- Gradually add boiling milk, then cook gently until the custard coats the spoon.
- Remove from heat and add softened gelatin.
- Strain the custard and divide into two equal parts.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix into one half.
- Let both mixtures cool slightly.
- Whip the cream and fold equally into both custards.
- Pour alternately into a mold creating four layers.
- Chill for at least 3 hours.
