- White wine 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp

- Seed oil 2 tbsp
- Meat stock 1.5 cups
- Rum 1/2 cup
- Cold butter 50 g (optional)

Instructions
- Crush mustard, garlic, and ginger in a mortar until paste-like.

- Roast at 220°C (430°F) for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
