Salmon sauce is a timeless classic: creamy, elegant, and incredibly quick to prepare. Lately it’s been making a strong comeback, probably because it combines comfort and sophistication in just a few steps. The distinctive touch here is a light splash of whisky, used carefully to enhance the salmon’s flavor without overpowering it.
