- Butter 100 g
- Grated Parmesan 100 g
- Diced Emmental 100 g
- Fresh yeast 25 g
- Mixed cured meats 100 g
- Eggs 3
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
- In a bowl, combine flour, softened butter and salt; add the yeast mixture and let rise until doubled.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then Parmesan, Emmental and cured meats.
- Mix well and transfer to a buttered baking pan; let rise again until doubled.
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick.
- If needed, continue baking 15 more minutes at 150°C (302°F).
- Brush the surface with beaten egg yolk and serve warm or cold.
