Rosehip jam is a traditional, beautifully fragrant preserve with a naturally tangy flavor. Preparing it requires patience and care, as rose hips are filled with seeds and fine hairs, making cleaning and sieving a meticulous process. Yet the effort rewards you with a smooth, rich, deeply flavored jam that is perfect for breakfast, pastries, or pairing with aged cheeses.
