Pistachio pesto bavette is a creamy and aromatic pasta dish enriched with crispy speck and cheese. A quick and easy Thermomix recipe perfect for impressive meals.

- Pot
- Colander
- Spatula
Instructions
- Chop pistachios 10 sec speed 6 then 12 sec speed 9
- Add garlic, pine nuts and nutmeg and blend 30 sec speed 6
- Add cheese and 50 g oil, blend 20 sec speed 6
- Add remaining oil and blend 1 min speed 9
- Transfer pesto to a bowl
- Chop onion 5 sec speed 7
- Sauté with oil 3 min 100°C speed 1
- Add pasta cooking water and cook 3 min
- Cook pasta separately and drain
- Add pasta, pesto and speck, mix 1 min
- Adjust with water and serve with pistachio crumbs
