Ingredients

  • Penne pasta 350 g
  • Octopus (fresh or frozen) 1
  • Tomato 2 tablespoons
  • Chili pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the octopus in lightly salted water until tender.
  2. Drain and blend the octopus until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil with plenty of chili pepper in a pan.
  4. Add the octopus cream and a small amount of tomato.
  5. Cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
  6. Cook the pasta al dente and add it to the sauce.
