Ingredients

  • Farfalle pasta 300 g
  • Shrimp tails 300 g
  • Zucchini 4 medium (about 600 g)
  • White wine 1/2 cup
  • Margarine 40 g
  • Fresh cream 50 ml (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  2. Sauté them in half of the margarine until lightly golden.

  4. Deglaze with white wine and let alcohol evaporate.
  5. Combine shrimp and zucchini with their juices.
  6. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  7. Toss pasta with the sauce for a few minutes, adding cream if desired.
  8. Serve hot with freshly ground black pepper.
