Ingredients

  • Short pasta 300 g
  • Arugula 1 bunch
  • Taleggio cheese 200 g
  • Frozen shrimp 300 g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
  2. Wilt the arugula in a pan with a little olive oil for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Quickly boil the frozen shrimp and drain.
  4. Cut the Taleggio into cubes.
  5. Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with arugula, shrimp and Taleggio until creamy.
  6. Serve hot.
