- Caster sugar 115 g
- Ground ginger 1 teaspoon
- Bicarbonate of soda 1 teaspoon
- Golden syrup 2 tablespoons (warmed)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking trays.
