Ingredients

  • Beef fillet steaks 4 (150 g each)
  • Green peppercorns 2 tsp
  • Cooking cream 2 tbsp
  • Brandy a splash
  • Rosemary 1 sprig
  • Broth 1 ladle
  • Flour a little
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1 knob
  • Olive oil a drop

Instructions
