Ingredients

  • Flour 200 g
  • Grated Parmesan 150 g
  • Breadcrumbs 250 g
  • Egg 1
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Nutmeg (optional)
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Cooked ham 100 g (chopped)
  • Butter 50 g
  • Sage leaves 6
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
