- Large prawns 1 kg
- Ripe tomatoes 500 g
- Feta cheese 200 g
- Garlic cloves 3
- Onions 2
- Dry white wine 2 glasses
- Extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp
- Parsley to taste
- Dried oregano to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Finely chop the onions and sauté them in olive oil until soft.
- Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the pan.
- Blanch, peel and chop the tomatoes, then add them to the onions.
- Season with salt and pepper, pour in the white wine and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with oregano at the end of cooking.
- Spread half of the tomato sauce in a baking dish.
- Arrange the peeled prawns on top and cover with the remaining sauce.
- Scatter diced feta and chopped parsley over the surface.
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10–15 minutes until lightly gratinated.
