Ingredients

  • Soft butter 120 g
  • Brown sugar 120 g
  • Granulated sugar 60 g
  • Egg 1
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 180 g
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Dark chocolate chips 120 g
  • Chopped walnuts 60 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease baking trays.
  2. Cream the butter with both sugars, then add the egg and vanilla.

  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the tray, spacing them about 5 cm apart.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
