Ingredients

  • Apples 250 g
  • Celery 250 g
  • Blanched almonds 70 g
  • Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the celery and blanch it for 2 minutes in salted water.
  2. Drain the celery and cool it quickly under cold water.
  3. Dice the apples and combine them with celery, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  5. Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Stir in 3/4 of the sliced almonds.
  7. Top with the remaining almonds before serving.
